If you'd like to update the email address associated with your billing account, where you receive receipts for your Heard subscription, please follow the steps below.
You can choose to have your billing receipts go to a different email than the one listed in your Heard “Account Details”
- Go into your Heard Settings
- Scroll down to “Plan & Billing” and click Change Plan
- Under “Billing Information”, click Update Information
- In the “Email” field, enter the email address to receive billing updates and receipts, and click Save.
