Finding what you need in Heard just got easier.
Our product team reorganized the menu so related pages sit together, and the ones you use most are one click away. It's one of the ways we're making Heard easier to use, so you can spend less time on your back office and more time with your clients.
Nothing was removed from your account, and your saved links and bookmarks still work. You may have seen a message about this when you logged in. Here's what's new and where to find each page.
What's on the menu now
The pages you use most are at the top. Home, Transactions, Documents, and Messages each sit on their own, so the things you check on the most are right there when you log in.
Grouped into sections that open and close: Reports, Taxes, Tools, and Resources. Reports holds your Profit & Loss along with everything you used to find under Insights. Tools is where you plan ahead, and it's the new home for your Allocation Guides.
Your profile and settings are at the bottom. Select your name to open Practice Profile and User Settings. Ask Haven sits down there too.
Only the menu changed. Every page you had before is still in your account, and the table below shows where each one is now.
