- From your Heard account, look for the Haven chat icon on the bottom right of the page.
- Type your question as you’d naturally ask it.
- Review the answer, ask clarifying questions, or read the suggested articles.
- If you still need help, continue the chat to connect with Heard Support.
Heard Help Center
We understand the importance of finding the information you need quickly, so we've created a comprehensive help center filled with articles to address your most common questions. We invite you to explore the help center at your own pace, where you can browse our categories or use the convenient search function in the top-right corner of the page to quickly find what you're looking for. To access the Help Center:
- From your Heard account, in the left-hand menu, click Resources > Support Center.
- From the Messages portal, click Help Articles on the top menu bar.
Heard Resource Hub
Discover state guides, calculators, and webinar recordings, along with other resources developed by our team of experts to help you better understand and manage your private practice finances. You can also tune in to the Heard Business School Podcast, a show for therapists and wellness practitioners.
Heard Member Events
Join a live member event to learn how to use Heard and have your questions answered. You can easily register from the main page of your Heard account; scroll down past your reports to "To Do's," and you'll find “Member Events” on the right-hand side of the page.
- Today at Heard Webinars: attend a live webinar that walks through key Heard features to help you feel more confident navigating your account. Topics include Getting Started, Quarterly Taxes, Annual Taxes, Payroll, and a Connect & Clarify Q&A session.
- Partner Events: join a live webinar covering a variety of topics, including legal basics for your practice, insurance billing, and other relevant subjects for health and wellness practitioners.

To ask a question from your Heard account, click Messages on the left-hand side panel to begin a conversation with a member of our support team.
Heard Business Banking
Have a Heard Banking question? Heard Banking, powered by i3 Bank, has a dedicated support team that can see your account details and help with access, transfers, debit card, and application status. For anything tied to your Heard bank account, please reach out to Heard Banking Support directly. Go to your Heard Banking page and click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the page to submit your question.

We understand that sometimes you need to talk to someone on the phone. If you have an active Heard subscription with live phone support, you can call +1 (844) 775-0025 from 8 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday through Friday, to reach a member of our team. While we don't offer scheduled appointments, we encourage you to call whenever it’s convenient for you.
One of our Customer Support team members will be happy to assist with your general questions and provide account support during business hours. If you're calling after hours or during times of higher volume, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and the email address associated with your Heard account, and we'll return your call during business hours.
