Heard Help Center
We understand the importance of finding the information you need quickly, so we've created a comprehensive help center filled with articles to address your most common questions. We invite you to explore the help center at your own pace, where you can either browse through our categories or use the convenient search function in the top right corner of the page to quickly find what you're looking for. To access the Help Center:
- From your Heard account, in the left-hand side menu, click Resources>Support Center.
- From the Messages portal, click Help Articles on the top menu bar.
Heard Resource Hub
Discover state guides, calculators, and webinar recordings, along with other resources developed by our team of experts to help you better understand and manage your private practice finances. You can also tune in to Heard Business School Podcast, a show for therapist entrepreneurs.
Heard Community
The Heard community is a members-exclusive space included with your subscription where you can connect and engage with other therapists. This space and its related offerings provide exciting opportunities to learn, share, and support one another, empowering Heard therapists to thrive as business owners and entrepreneurs. There are two ways to access the community:
- From your Heard account, in the left-hand side menu, click Resources>Community.
- From the Messages portal, click Community on the top menu bar.
Heard Member Events
Join a live member event to learn about using Heard or have your questions answered live during an Office Hour Q&A session. You may easily register from your Heard account on the right-hand side, under “Member Events.”
- Onboarding Webinar - Heard’s Onboarding Team will walk you through the key features of Heard.
- Business Insights Webinar - learn about your financial reports, including profit and loss statements, allocation guides, and your account's 'Insights' section.
- Office Hours - get your questions answered live on a Q&A session with a Heard Tax Specialist
- Partner Events - join a live webinar covering a variety of topics, including legal basics for your practice, insurance billing, and other relevant subjects for therapists.
