When you need to pay an employee outside of your normal payroll schedule, you can elect to run an off-cycle payroll. Below are some scenarios where you may need to run an off-cycle payroll:
- An employee needs to be paid before their next payday.
- An employee requires extra compensation outside of their regular pay schedule.
- You are paying an employee severance.
- You are fixing errors from a previous payroll.
Off-cycle payrolls can be easily run as a part of Heard Payroll and are accessible via your Payroll dashboard.
