Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions for paying the quarterly estimated tax in Indiana. There are two ways to pay quarterly tax estimates: log in or create an account, or make a payment without an account.
Make a payment logged in to INTIME
- Go to https://intime.dor.in.gov/eServices/_/#0
- Log in to your INTIME account on the top right of the page.
- If you have never logged in or you do not have an INTIME account, under "New to INTIME?" click Sign up.
- If you have never logged in or you do not have an INTIME account, under "New to INTIME?" click Sign up.
- In the default Summary tab, next to account details, select Make a payment.
- The option to make an account payment will appear in the Payment Type drop-down menu.
Make a payment without logging in to INTIME
- Go to https://intime.dor.in.gov/eServices/_/#0
- Locate the “Payments” panel and click Make a payment.

Under "Non-bill payments," select Bank Payment (no fee) or Credit Card (fee).

On the next page, select individual income tax payment and click Next.

Please note: Quarterly estimated tax payments are paid towards your individual income tax.

- For "ID type," select SSN and enter your information.
- Follow the instructions to make a payment.
As a reminder, Heard cannot submit quarterly estimated tax for you, and you are responsible for paying it in a timely manner. We recommend saving any payment confirmations and checking your state's payment portal after submitting the payment to ensure it is reflected in your account. Please mark the quarterly tax payment as paid in Heard and upload a copy of your receipt.
