Heard connects to your bank through our integration with Plaid, a secure financial connection software used by apps such as Venmo and Wave. If you are working with PayPal or other merchant processes, we can also connect these accounts for seamless data transfer. Connecting your bank account gives your bookkeeping team access to your transaction history and account statements—nothing more.
We sign a BAA with you and take HIPAA standards extremely seriously. You can be confident that your data is secure and confidential, and if at any point you find yourself uncomfortable, you have the ability to revoke access.
