It's easy! Simply schedule a time with one of our accountants or CPAs for a 20-minute consultation call. When you sign up for the call you will be prompted to answer a number of questions about your practice location, structure and size. During the consultation, our goal is to better understand your practice as a business, financial processes (such as tracking income, expenses and paying taxes), and share more about Heard and the ways we work.
Following the consultation call, the accountant or CPA you spoke with will share an email outlining what was discussed during the call as we know finding the right accountant for your practice is often a big decision that takes time. If you decide to continue, the next steps will be scheduling a 30-minute onboarding session so we can setup your Heard account, walk through the software, and identify next steps.
We sign a BAA with you and take HIPAA standards extremely seriously. You can be confident that your data is secure and confidential, and if at any point you find yourself uncomfortable, you have the ability to revoke access.
