What happens after 3 months
After your 3 free months end, Heard Payroll continues automatically at its regular rate of $39 per month plus $6 per person, billed alongside your Heard subscription.
If you decide payroll is not the right fit, please reach out to Support team to cancel.
Before canceling, please keep in mind that you will need to either transition to another payroll provider or properly close your federal and state payroll withholding accounts. Simply stopping payroll does not automatically close those accounts, and ongoing filing requirements may still apply.

Do I have to be an S corp to use this offer? The offer is open to any member on a Premium plan who is not already using Heard Payroll. Payroll is most commonly used by practices that run as an S corp.
Will I be charged during the 3 months? No. Your first 3 months of payroll are free. Billing begins only after the free period ends.
