How do I get started?
Setup is simple and fast. Complete this brief intake form (takes less than 5 minutes) and the last question will prompt you to schedule a 15 minute onboarding meeting.
After the onboarding meeting with Arrow:
- You’ll be live by the first day of the following week.
- We’ll alert you when a patient’s insurance is or isn’t accepted—you’ll just need to let the patient. know if it's not accepted. All communication will be over email and the Arrow team will respond within one business day.
Your visibility won’t change—you can still track billing status and payments from your EHR like you normally would.
Once you're set-up, Arrow's team handles the entire insurance billing process on your behalf, including:

How much does this cost?
You’ll be charged 2.9% of collected revenue, which is often lower than traditional billers (who typically charge 5–10%). This fee covers all billing services and automation tools. An invoice will be sent to you on the fifteenth day of the following month via Stripe.
Will I have access to support?
Once you're set up with Arrow, please contact them directly with any insurance billing questions. They provide unlimited ongoing support and will respond to all inquiries within one business day.
Can I switch from another insurance billing service to Arrow?
Yes! Currently, you need to be independently credentialed. If you’re working with Alma, Headway, Grow, or Rula you will not benefit from this service. In the future, Arrow hopes to offer insurance credentialing support, but do not at this time.
