The Vantage Payments Report displays all Client Payments made in TheraNest that are associated with credit card transactions. It allows you to quickly see the fees for each transaction and the net deposit amount after processing fees are deducted. To download this report, please follow the steps below.
- Log in to your TheraNest account.
- Click on the Reports tab in the menu bar.
- Click on the Ensora Payments Report in the Billing section.
- Enter the Transaction Date Range to search for the appropriate transaction. By Default, the Report pulls in the current Month. Adjust “Transaction Date Range” to include the entire year, January 1st to December 31st.
- Click Run Report.
- In the upper-right corner, click the CSV or PDF buttons to download the report.
