On September 5th, 2024, Heard launched our new Messages feature (the successor to the Conversations tool), designed to enable our clients to get faster support and address a number of common questions and concerns we'd heard about Conversations since its launch.
With Messages, you'll enjoy:
- The ability to search past messages, making it easier to find advice we've previously given you
- Suggested articles when creating a new message, allowing you to potentially get answers immediately without waiting for a response from Heard
- An option to attach screenshots and other documents needed to get help right when replying to our team
- Tighter integration with Help Center, Heard's library of self-help content, meant to help you use Heard more effectively.
