Overview
We are excited to share that some financial institutions now offer the ability to enable automatic statement uploads directly to your Heard account.
How to enable automatic statement uploads
- From Heard Settings page, scroll down to "Connected Financial Institutions" and click Re-login in Plaid beside the account.
- When prompted, log in with your credentials for that financial institution.
- On the “Connect account information” page, select your business bank accounts to share by clicking the checkbox for each account.
Please note: To enable the automatic statement upload feature, you must allow access to all account data, including the account holder's name, account number, routing number, and statements. - Accept "Terms and Conditions".
- Proceed through the steps to complete the re-login.
