Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) Partner’s Share of Income, Deductions, Credits, etc.
As your S Corporation sole shareholder, this Schedule is used to report the income, losses, and dividends of your private practice.
As the sole shareholder, the information on the K-1 is pulled directly from Schedule K with your S Corporation tax filing Form 1120-S.
After your 1120-S is filed, your K-1 will be available on your Tax Documents. The information from Schedule K-1 is required and then reported on Schedule E of your individual tax return, Form 1040.
If you have other investments or businesses that require a K-1, please upload them to your Tax Documents.
