Note: This feature is only available to a small subset of customers with Chase or Wells Fargo accounts. We will be continuing to expand release. If you don’t yet see this feature and you need help unlinking an account from Heard, please contact us.
When you connect your financial accounts to Heard via our secure third-party connection, Plaid, your financial institution sends us any accounts that are eligible to be synced. It is good practice to periodically review your Connected Financial Institutions so that Heard has access to valid and up-to-date financial account information.
Show
If you’d like transactions from an account to show up in Heard, you can show that account. For example, you might choose to show an account you are now using for your business that wasn’t connected to Heard previously.
Note: If you choose to “Show Account,” our bookkeepers will assume transactions from this account are business-related. If this account has mostly personal transactions, we suggest you hide it and add business transactions manually. Some potential consequences of mixing business and personal expenses include unorganized data and miscalculation of taxes.
